My grandmother loved the spinach pie from Dimitria Delights!! Up until she passed away last October, she was always having someone pick some up for each family holiday gathering. When she wasn't doing well, we knew if we wanted her to eat, just get her their Spinach Pie!!

Great Company The Best Whoopie Pies Ever
I was just recently at the Senior Center when we had the opportunity to try Donna Delight's Whoopie Pies. They were the best I ever had, very moist and the filing was a marshmallow filling which gave it it's unique flavor. The Whoopie Pies were donated to the Senior Center and we were very grateful to Dimitria Delights.
Our History
In 1972, in the city of Worcester, Massachusetts, John and Mary Colorio began their small family business with a dream to market an old family recipe for spinach pies. Dimitria Delights was born and John and Mary began to sell their spinach pies to independent grocers and supermarkets throughout New England.
Over time, as demand for other fancy frozen pastry products surfaced, Dimitria Delights expanded to selling bulk frozen layered dough. Next, we added a full line of frozen, ready-to-bake pastries. Then, in 1995 a full line of baked, frozen, and thaw and serve bakery products were introduced.
Dimitria Delights Today
Dimitria Delights’ growth has been nothing less than phenomenal. Today we manufacture in North Grafton, MA. We produce over fifty ready-to-bake, and thaw-and-serve bakery products. We also supply private label and specialty items to select customers. Most recently, we have expanded into the retail pastry market. In November 2001, Dimitria Delights broke ground on a new 20,000 sq. ft. addition to its North Grafton facility.

Whoopie Pies for the Troops
I was at a trade show in the area recently when I was fortunate to meet some one from Dimitria Delights. I asked her if I could take a Whoopie Pie home with me so I could include it to my son's package to Afghanistan she was kind enough to give me 6 of them. I shipped them frozen and they got to my son in perfect condition. My son laughed and was very grateful it made his day. Thank you Dimitria Delights.

Directions To Our North Grafton Plant
- Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to exit 11 (Millbury)
- After pay toll take a left onto Rt. 122 north. Go 1/2 mile
- Take a right onto Rt. 20 east. Go two miles
- Take a right onto Rt. 140 south. Go 1/4 mile
- Take your second right onto Grafton Street.
- Take a quick left onto Creeper Hill Road
- Go 3/4 mile on Creeper Hill Road
The building is on your left, just after a baseball field. We are the building right next to it. There is a company sign after the building in the parking lot to receiving. Loading docks are in the right rear of the building.
